What is an Escape Room?
An escape room, also known as an "escape game", is a physical reality game in which players solve a series of puzzles and riddles using clues, hints, and strategy to complete the objectives at hand. Players are given a set time limit to unveil the secret plot which is hidden within the rooms.
How do escape rooms work?
Teams will have to work together and combine their wits to successfully free themselves before the 60-minute clock strikes zero. While you will essentially be locked inside a room, know that you may ask to be let out if you or anyone else feels uncomfortable for any reason during the course of the game. Your safety and comfort are among our highest priorities.
How can I play Escape the Room?
Gather your friends, family, or coworkers and book the room of your choice. Each room has a wholly immersive atmosphere and story to set the stage for your adventure. Escape rooms are the perfect chance to put your puzzle-solving skills to the test and have fun!
When can I schedule an escape game?
Games must be booked at least an hour in advance or rescheduled 24 hours in advance. We suggest that you arrive at least 15 minutes prior to your booking time to fill out our form, and ensure you get the full hour in your room. If you are walking in, then please reach out to the staffs to check for the slot availability and they can help you out.
How old do I have to be to play?
Anyone can play, but players under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
What happens if we can’t solve any of the puzzles?
During your game, you can ask for the clues from the Game Master, so don’t panic if you get stuck!
Do you issue refunds?
We do not issue refunds for booked games, but you may reschedule up to 24 hours before your booking. For rescheduling you must call us to the numbers given in the contact page.
Can I take pictures inside the room?
Photographs and video recording are not allowed in the rooms. We put a lot of time and effort into the design and construction of our rooms, so we don’t want to spoil anything for players who haven’t gone yet.
Will other people be in the room with us?
To provide a good experience to you we will not book your slot with any
other customers, but we strongly recommend having a minimum of 4 players per
game.

What happens if I am late for my scheduled Escape Room game?
Customers who arrive more than 2 minutes after an escape room experience starts will not be permitted to enter an experience that has already begun. Instead, will be offered entry into the next available escape room or will be able to book for another date/time.Customers should always arrive 15 minutes prior to an experience beginning.
